Sunflower Citrus Slaw

This recipe utilizes the 21 Day Fix Asian Citrus Dressing for a light slaw salad. I cut the recipe in half since a full recipe is too much for this. I added some sunflower seed because I love them and really like them when paired with a broccoli slaw. You could substitute sesame seeds in place of them since it is an Asian dressing.

Sunflower Citrus Slaw
1 Bag of broccoli slaw
2 Tablespoons of sunflower seeds

For Dressing:
1/8 cup orange juice
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon reduce sodium soy sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 Teaspoon fresh ginger
1/8 cup sesame oil

Combine dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk thoroughly until blended well. Add broccoli slaw to dressing and mix until coated. Refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate and garnish with sunflower seeds before serving.
21 Day Fix: 1 green container of slaw = 1 GREEN, 1 ORANGE
