3-Day Refresh Recipes

I just finished my second round of 3-Day Refresh this past week and really focused on being a little more creative with the Vanilla Refresh Shake and my veggies. The recipes I used were so good that I am going to use them beyond these 3 days.

Here are a couple recipes I used during my 3 Days! I lost a total of 9.5lbs!! To read more about my experience with 3-Day Refresh click here.

Vanilla Fresh Recipes

These two recipes I used almost all 3 days. It really livened up the Vanilla Fresh for me and I enjoyed it way more! All measurements are approximate.

Cinnamon Almond Banana Shake

1 cup of crushed ice
1 1/2 cup of water
1 1/2 teaspoons almond butter (healthy fats)
1/2 banana (fruit)
1 packet of Vanilla Refresh
Cinnamon to taste

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth, serve in chilled glass and garnish with additional cinnamon. I drank this every day with lunch. I liked using my healthy fat in my shake since most of my lunches didn’t require a healthy fat (example salads with red wine vinegar and lemon).

Veggie Recipes

I used the optional 1 cup of organic vegetable broth with all of my dinners to make a soup. This REALLY gave me a satisfying dinner that was quick and easy.
