3-Day Refresh – DAY THREE

LAST DAY!! To give a quick recap The 3-Day Refresh program is an opportunity to lose a few pounds, jump start healthy habits or give you that extra boost in your fitness/nutrition program.

I woke up this morning and was feeling pretty fabulous. I am not bloated, feel alert, rested and when I hit the scale I lost another 3lbs making the total 6.5lbs!! I was definitely hungry when I got up and couldn’t wait to have my chocolate shake. I didn’t feel today was difficult, I did have some hungry moments, but tea and a light workout helped with that. The one thing I did miss is just cooking a nice dinner and the comfort aspect of that. I know that sounds silly, but I am an emotional eater. This was a good test of my skills I am acquiring with will power and having a healthier relationship with food. I passed! YAY!!

My meals were pretty much the same as yesterday. I didn’t get too inventive these 3 days because I wanted to use the fresh vegetables and produce I had. One of my favorite parts of this program is the option of herbal tea throughout the day. The herbal tea really helped me and I found it very soothing.

I really want to make sure that I don’t undue this great feeling and kick start, so I am meal planning for the next week and making sure I don’t overindulge tomorrow. I am super excited to get up tomorrow and see what my final results will be! 3-Day Refresh is like MAGIC!!
