“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.
I wanted to make a quick lunch to enjoy the beautiful day. I decided to utilize salad & veggies I have prepped and the last bit of leftover chicken. Quick, filling and tasty lunch!
Day Three – Wednesday June 24, 2015 – Lunch
Roasted Chicken- 1 RED
Organic Brown Rice Crackers- 1 YELLOW
Romaine Lettuce & Peppers – 2 GREEN
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 BLUE
Balsamic Dressing – 1 ORANGE
Grapefruit- 1 PURPLE
