Better late than never is what they say! I have been so behind in my blogging and my photos have been sitting on my desktop for what seems like forever. I got caught up in a whirlwind of homework, more homework and life. SO….now I am finally posting the rest of my 21 Day Fix series!! YAY!
I do try to limit my intake of pasta, but my family loves it. If I know I am having pasta I will save at least two carbs to allow myself a nice bowl. The cheese is actually full in the photo, but I only used half. Delicious meal!
Day Seventeen – Wednesday July 8, 2015 – Dinner
Nitrate free turkey sausage – 1 RED
Gluten Free Pasta – 2 YELLOW
Parmesan cheese– .5 BLUE
Homemade tomato sauce– 1 GREEN
