21 Days of Fix – Day One

“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day  that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.

Day One – Monday June 22, 2015 – Dinner
Roasted Italian Chicken  – 1 RED
Roasted Potatoes – 1 YELLOW
Green Beans/Green Peppers – 1/2 GREEN
Kale & Cabbage Veggie Salad – 1 GREEN
Balsamic Dressing – 1/2 Orange

Not Shown: 2 teaspoons (olive oil for chicken/potatoes)
