This is a quick lunch resulting from some meal prep I did with making taco turkey meat for salads and wraps. I also got these organic veggie tortilla chips from Target that were AMAZING and I used in the salad. So yummy and good!
Day Nineteen – Friday July 10, 2015 – Lunch
Turkey taco meat- 1 RED
Greek yogurt (salsa mixed in) – 1 RED
Tortilla chips- 2 YELLOW
Cheddar cheese– 1 BLUE
Mixed greens– 2 GREEN
