21 Days of Fix – Day Four

“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day  that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.

A rainy afternoon prompted us to watch a movie and be a little lazy.  One of my favorite go to snacks is popcorn, which I can happily munch on being on 21 Day Fix.  3 cups of popped popcorn equals 1 yellow.  It is important to be aware that any old popcorn is not approved. Air popped popcorn is the best using organic corn kernels.  I do keep organic no butter/no salt microwave popcorn on hand when I am in a pinch and want a snack.  Drizzle popcorn with melted coconut oil and season to your liking with sea salt, garlic powder, or whatever your heart desires.  You can even do a sweeter version dusting it with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

Day Four – Thursday June 25, 2015 – Snack
3 cups of popcorn – 1 YELLOW
Coconut oil – 1 TEASPOON
