“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.
Yesterday was so super busy day filled with appointments and errands. So busy in fact I forgot to post this photo yesterday! The one thing that keeps me in check and helps when I have those busy days is Shakeology. This was my quick meal I took out the door with me and drink as I was running errands. It kept me from getting fast food and gave me the energy I needed for the day. It unfortunately did not help improve my memory in order to post this photo!
Day Five – Friday June 26, 2015 – Mid-Morning Meal
1/2 cup of almond milk- 1 YELLOW
1/2 of banana– 1 PURPLE
1 Packet of Vegan Chocolate Shakeology – 1 RED
