“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.
Had a quick light breakfast and I was famished at lunch so I decided to redo breakfast for lunch! Egg scrambled loaded with turkey bacon, peppers, green onions and provolone. So satisfying and tasty! And the sweet clementines were a nice “dessert”.
Day Fifteen – Monday July 6, 2015 – Lunch
Clementines- 1 PURPLE
3 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon– 2 RED
Provolone cheese – 1 BLUE
Pepper and green onions – 1/2 GREEN
