“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.
I tend to fluctuate on what I want for breakfast between a soothing carb or savory protein…..sometimes a combination of both. This morning I was in the mood for a nice comforting bowl of oatmeal. I make my oats with water or sometimes I will do half water/half almond milk. I add some cinnamon and honey for a touch of sweetness and flavor. Combine that with some energizing citrus and you have a great start to the day!

2 clementine oranges – 1 PURPLE
Oats – 1 YELLOW
Honey – 1 TEASPOON
