“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.
One of the biggest misconceptions I have found when discussing the 21 Day Fix Program with people is often they automatically assume you can’t eat the foods you normally do. This is so far from the truth. Tonight my dinner is something I have always eaten and always will! We love tacos in my house. The only difference is I am way more mindful of my portions and tend to eat them now in “salad” form to up my veggie intake. The only thing that is not listed below on the food list is I added a spoonful of salsa and hot sauce to my Greek yogurt using it as my “dressing”.
Day Eight – Monday June 29, 2015 – Dinner
2 corn tortilla shells- 1 YELLOW
Greek yogurt – 1/2 RED
Taco Meat – 1 RED
Shredded Cheese – 1 BLUE
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions – 2 GREEN
