“21 Days of Fix” is a series highlighting one meal a day that I eat on the 21 Day Fix Program. The purpose of this series is to show the easiness and flexibility of the program, portion sizes, along with meal inspiration.
My lunch was impromptu today and decided to use some items I had on hand. Luckily with 21 Day Fix most foods fit into the plan and I ended up with a quick delicious meal. Had some lentils (under couscous), couscous cooked up added saute chopped broccoli, peppers with some olive oil, garlic and seasons. Added a veggie burger and lunch was complete in minutes!
